This recipe was so popular at the morning meetings of our Mothers of Preschoolers group that we published it in our newsletter. It's a great dish for busy moms because it can be prepared ahead of time. It's perfect for brunches or to serve on Christmas morning. It's creamy, comforting and tasty.Karen Burns, Chandler, Texas

My kids and their friends called this "Amazing". Very cheesy and creamy. I forgot to add the Parmesan cheese, and it was still very good. I followed the suggestions and used sharp cheddar. This recipe is a keeper!

A favorite in my family. The best part is that this can be made up to 3 months in advance and frozen. Just thaw and cook an additional 15 minutes.lamur

We loved this! I have even added ham to make it a main dish instead of a side. Delicious!

This is a easy, good, and hartwarming side dish. Kids love it, and my husband also. You can change the taste by using cream of mushroom, chicken or cheese soups to vary to your taste.
