This is an all time family favorite! I have made this dish many, many times and always get requests for the recipe. When I take it to pot lucks, I always come home with an empty dish, much to my family's dismay. I do add 1 tsp of salt to the recipe. Also, I find that it is easiest to add the milk last when putting it in the crock pot as it causes the frozen corn to clump together and makes it virtually impossible to stir until it begins to cook awhile later. Enjoy!

Absolutely scrumptious! This is certainly not a low-cal offering, but a few fat points can be trimmed off by using low-fat cream cheese. I only cooked it for 3 hours and that was plenty. We loved it!

This is sooo easy to put together! The results were outstanding. Perfect blend of cheeses. Great for bringing side dish to pass. This is a definite keeper.

I microwaved some pre-cooked turkey bacon, chopped it up and tossed it in- wowwee! It was good! I also ended up baking mine when I discovered I had had broken the lid to my crock-pot at the last second. Worked great!

I put everything together (for a 1/6th recipe) in a baking dish and cooked it, covered, in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes. It turned out yummy!
