Ah, this is the version of the soup I made. I like the idea of having the beginnings of the soup in the freezer to put together after work.There is another recipe similar to this and I think I will try that one next time. Very tasty, creamy, and smooth.

My girlfriend served this at a party yesterday. I had two servings; it was delish. She had a lot of other compliments on the soup too. I plan on trying this recipe out for myself.

My husband liked it, I wasn't impressed. But it was decent for a meal one time. Not something I would make over and over again though.
