Loved them, very easy and enjoyable. And kid friendly... which is a plus at my house.

Everyone in our family loves this dish! Easy.

These were delicious when they were hot out of the oven and just as good as leftovers the next day!

I have made this recipe several times and we love it. Simple, fast and tasty.

I liked this better than my old standby "Farmhouse Muffins". I like onion in my ground beef, so I added to this recipe and loved it. This is a keeper and I plan on taking this to our next potluck. I have also made this using the mini-muffin tins with half of a biscuit in each. Perfect finger food.

I can see where this recipe would be great for kids. It was quick and easy with very little clean-up. However, it was very bland and lacked flavor. I just wasn't very impressed...

Very good, plus it's fast and simple to make! Just be careful of the cheese melting over the top and onto your pan.

Made these the other night, but got sneaky added a bit of celery, onion, corn, and peas, got those veggies right by them.

My whole family loved it! Made it while staying with my mom and she was impressed that I actually cooked a good dinner.

very enjoyable dish. Did a few things differently. added salt and pepper to beef after draining it. didnt add any sugar or worcest. sauce. only less than 1/4 catsup & 2 squirts of mustard. instead of muffin cups used 9" square baking dish, lined with crescent rolls. added 1/4 cup of shredded cheese to bottom, then put in beef mixture. topped with1/3 cup of cheese. but next time will add on top of beef mixture 1 medium onion, sliced then sauteed . then cheese

Everyone enjoyed this recipe, but we think it is more of a "sloppy joe with cheese cup" than a "cheeseburger cup". To make it taste & seem more like a cheeseburger, I made these changes. I seasoned the ground beef like I normally season my hamburgers, pressed meat into thinnish1.5" patties & cooked them about 3/4 of the way. In the muffin tin, I layered HALF of a biscuit, the mini patty, chopped quick sauteed onions, small squirts of desired condiments, cheese, remaining half of biscuit. This didn't add alot of time & the cups really felt like cheeseburgers!

We love this easy meal. We used half the brown sugar though. Was a little too sweet the first time we made it. Also, will put cheese down in the cups as it melted on my pan instead of the cups.

Very tasty! We did not use the mustard, because we don't care for it.

This also works great with ground turkey and sloppy joe sauce!! I used large biscuits and a jumbo muffin pan for a bigger portion size. An inch of string cheese in the middle was also a nice surprise for the kids! This is a very versatile recipe and is great for experiment with ingredients that your family likes.

Sounds like an interesting snack.

These were delicious and the family loved them. However, when the cheese melted, it went over the edges of the muffin pan instead of down into the filling. Not sure what I did wrong--I think I'm going to put the cheese on the bottom next time and see if that works better.

I loved this recipe! It did not make enough for my family of four but only because it was sooo good. Next time I will make double and I did not use the mustard because we generally do not eat it and it still came out great! Will make over and over.
