Cheese 'n' Dill Peas Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
  • 2 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  • In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine peas and water. Cover and microwave on high for 3 minutes; drain. Stir in butter and dill. Sprinkle with cheese; let stand until cheese is melted. Yield: 2 servings.

Editor's Note: This recipe was tested in a 1,100-watt microwave.
