Cheddar Basil Cauliflower

Ingredients
- 2-1/2 cups small fresh cauliflowerets
- 1 tablespoon white wine or water
- 1-1/2 teaspoons minced fresh basil or 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon water
- 1 teaspoon canola oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- In a small saucepan, combine the first seven ingredients. Cover and
- cook over medium heat for 10-12 minutes or until cauliflower is
- tender, stirring once. Transfer to a small serving bowl; sprinkle
- with cheese. Yield: 2 servings.
