Chai (rhymes with "pie") is the word for tea in some parts of the world...but in India, it's a spiced milk tea that's becoming more popular in North America. This recipe is just as tasty as any coffee-house chai. Peggy Fleming

I am a Chai LOVER and this recipe was great! It made a lot, but I refrigerated the leftovers and had some the next 2 days! DELISH!

A very good (and much healthier) imitation of Starbucks' Chai Tea Latte. If you LOVE chai tea and drink it every day, then the investment of the spices will be well worth it. My only complaint is that it is a slightly large recipe for a drink since most people make drinks for themselves (or at most 2 people) only.
