Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon grated onion
  • Mixed salad greens

Directions

  • In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the first eight ingredients; shake well. Serve over salad greens. Yield: about 1/4 cup.
