Celery Seed Dressing

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon dried minced onion
- 1 cup vegetable oil
Directions
- In a bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Stir in vinegar and
- onion. Slowly add oil, whisking constantly until combined.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve over fresh fruit or salad
- greens. Yield: 1-1/2 cups.
