Cattleman's Spread Recipe

Cattleman's Spread Recipe Cattleman's Spread Recipe photo by Taste of Home Rating 5

Fit for a dairy farmer's birthday, this hearty appetizer was perfect for our theme dinner. The spread is "beefed up" with dairy products, and pecans give it a pleasant crunch. —Carol Troyer, Pryor, Oklahoma and Teresa Stutzman, Adair, Oklahoma

to my taste, this was overly salty, but I've never had so many recipe requests as for this one. Before this website, I scanned and made a pic pdf of this card from Taste Of Home magazine to email to people who ask for this - now I can just direct them to this site!!
