Nice sandwich. I used Multigrain Deli Slims for the bread. I think I iwll add extra nuts and apricots next time, as the bites with that combo in it were the best.Thanks for sharing.

I used chicken for turkey and vanilla yogurt for the plain yogurt and had a wonderful salad for our sandwiches. This is excellent!

I made this last night but I used dried cranberries instead of the apricots - because that's what I had on hand. SO yummy!!
