When I was in collage - I graduated of agricultural science Aka -Argonomist- I took an elective class that was about the conservation of food. One os the laboratories was about the use of edible flowers and hou to conserve them in diferents forms.
The prosses I learned is somewhat more long and complicaed .We used a sugar dipp the flowers were compleatly dried 2 times until the lat and third dip ,then the last part wasto use granulated sugar or xxxsugar .At the last we ended with a very sugary pump flower/

We have always been eating flowers but many people do not reconize then as flowers. An example of them is the artichoque,We also eat parts of flowers sush as seeds.Flowers canbe usaed as condiments,an exanple ara the alcaparras and saffon ,.
The flowers or its parts to be used as food or condiments are specially grown without use of pesticides or chemicals or any type of contaminants.
