Oops... forgot to put the stars!
It was delicious! Almost any kind of slaw is my favorite salad, and I love to try different versions. I did cut the sugar some, but it was still a bit sweeter than I am used to. I also cut the salt down, despite being somewhat of a saltaholic, because it seemed like a lot, and if it wasn't a typo why didn't it just say 1 Tbsp instead of 3 tsps?

This is "Freezer Slaw". I've had the recipe for years and have made it many times. I make it for work lunches and put it in serving containers and freeze. When I want some for lunch I just thaw one out at night and it's ready for the next day.

Good recipe, but not sure how it is labeled as Diabetic Friendly. Swap out the sugar for a Stevia product, and you are good to go!

When I first tried this for a company potluck, it got rave reviews for the sweet, tangy taste and less fat for the dieters. It has since become my most requested potluck slaw to bring. Making it today for a cast play party! Thanks Taste of Home.

Never done a coleslaw that didn't have a mayonnaise base before, so I was kinda skeptical about this recipe. Tried it and was blown away! Perfect amount of sweet and tangy. This is now one of my summer staple recipes!

I tried this recipe because it looked like a coleslaw they used to make at a restaurant in Pittsford, New York, that my friends and I practically lived in during college. While not identical to that recipe, this is still very tasty and different from the usual mayonnaise-based coleslaws I've had. A+!

We loved this recipe! Even my son who is NOT a fan of coleslaw has requested I make this one again! It's a keeper!
