you can really lower the fat content just by using less Alfredo sauce. we usually use no more than half a jar, and just make up for it with extra red sauce.

Love this DISH! Even my 6yr old son, and 4 yr old daughter enjoy it! Not to mention the families in our cooking Co-Op! Not too spicy for those concerned about that!
