Cabbage Tossed Salad

Ingredients
- 5 cups chopped lettuce
- 2 cups chopped cabbage
- 2 cups chopped red cabbage
- 2 celery ribs, chopped
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 4-1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt, optional
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- In a large bowl, toss the lettuce, cabbage, celery and onions. In a
- small bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients. Pour over
- salad and toss to coat. Chill for 30 minutes before serving. Yield:
- 12 servings.
