My husband and three boys all love oven-roasted potatoes. But I work full-time, so once I get home and start dinner, I usually don’t have time to make them. Easy peasy-I made 1/2 recipe w white round potatoes and cut them smaller, cooked 9 mins. Could have used less butter maybe. Thanks

The flavor is good but I thought the potatoes came out kind of chewy/soggy from the microwave. I think I will try it in the oven next time. I also added 1 tsp. of italian seasoning.

Love these potatoes. Never have red potatoes so I use whetever I have and its easy to add extra potatoes if needed

I used Yukon Gold Potatoes and covered them for the last half of cooking time. They were very good.
