I try to cook using all natural ingredients and making as many things as possible from scratch. I tried this butterscotch recipe and it is absolutely delicious. I have saved the recipe to use again.

I made this pudding and when it was still warm, it did not taste like butterscotch at all. It tasted like what it is, brown sugar pudding. I was disappointed until I chilled it and then it tasted better, still not quite butterscotch, but better.

I have looked long and hard for a butterscotch pudding recipe. I can't tell you how happy I am to find one. I will make it with Splenda though. PJZ
