Buttermilk Shake

1 pint vanilla ice cream
1 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 drop lemon extract

Place all ingredients in a blender container. Cover and process on
high until smooth. Pour into glasses. Refrigerate any leftovers.

Yield: 2 servings.
