Ingredients

  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 drop lemon extract

Directions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender container. Cover and process on high until smooth. Pour into glasses. Refrigerate any leftovers. Yield: 2 servings.

Nutrition Facts: 1 serving (1 each) equals 317 calories, 16 g fat (10 g saturated fat), 63 mg cholesterol, 234 mg sodium, 37 g carbohydrate, trace fiber, 9 g protein.
