Parmesan PointersWhen a recipe calls for shredded Parmesan cheese, use the cheese found in bags in the grocery store dairy section. Shredded Parmesan is often used in salads or soups where the shreds make a pretty garnish. If grated Parmesan is called for, use the finely grated cheese sold in containers with shaker/pourer tops. This type works well in lasagna and casseroles. (You can substitute either shredded or grated Parmesan in equal proportions in your favorite recipes.) If you decide to buy a chunk of Parmesan cheese and grate your own, be sure to use the finest section on your grating tool. You can also use a blender or food processor. Simply cut the cheese into 1-inch cubes and process 1 cup of cubes at a time on high until finely grated.

We used Ramon noodles because we had these on hand. My kids asked for seconds. Very easy dish to put together.

Everything blended so well together. It is by far better than your average buttered noodles. The mozzarella cheese added that extra pizzaz to the dish. The only thing I did different was I used 1/4 tsp. dried parsley. Its was so easy to make and everything was around my kitchen. Will definetly make this over and over again..

This was a simple side dish that I'll definately make again. I used 1/2 tsp dried parsley (instead of fresh) with good results. Thanks!

I used Rotini because I didn't have any egg noodles and also omitted the parsley because I don't keep it on hand. This was very good - by far the best buttered noodle recipe I've ever tried.

This was quick and easy and tasted good. My kids thought there was too much garlic. I'll use half as much next time.
