Toasted pecans add a nutty crunch to this creamy buttery fudge. I have given this candy with its wonderful caramel flavor, as gifts at Christmastime and people always rave about it! -Pam Smith Alta Loma, California

This was excellent - the easiest fudge I've ever made. May do just a few less pecans in it next time.

Reminiscent of pecan pralines but so much easier to make.

Loved this recipe! After reading the reviews I cut the powdered sugar to 1 3/4 cup. Turned out very creamy and full of flavor

this is easy and very good in texture and taste. I made it while baking cookies and making dinner--no trouble

I must have tried to make fudge the last 20 years of my life...with the old candy thermometer. Never did master ''the art of fudge-making"....until this recipe. It came out perfect, smooth as silk, very tasty, like a vanilla truffle. Hooray, at age 65, I finally made a batch of fudge that came out!! Thank you !!!

This fudge is so rich and creamy, and the flavor is to die for. I halved the amount of pecans in it, and there was still plenty in there. Also, the toasted pecans really added a wonderful flavor to this fudge. If ade proper, it should turn out smooth, and not chalky at all. Definately is getting added to my fudge recipe book. YUM!

The flavor was wonderful, but it was very crumbly and dry. Did I put in too much powdered sugar? I'd make it again if I knew how to make it creamy like everyone else says it is.
