Butter Hearts

1/2 cup cold butter

Cut butter into 16 slices, about 1/4 in. thick. Place on a baking
sheet lined with waxed paper. Freeze for 5-10 minutes or until firm.
Cut each slice using a 1-1/2-in. heart-shaped cookie cutter.

Yield: 16 hearts.
