Excellent and easy---make sure pork chop is 1-1 and half inches thick---serve w/ gravy and/or applesauce w/ mashed potatoes. Yummy.

This was very yummy & filling. But what I did was cook with the bone still attached to the chop to add more flavor.

I wasn't expecting much from this recipe because it is so simple but we love it. It's a regular now.

Very good and easy. It's a homemade shake and bake chop recipe that has more flavor than the store bought boxed mixture.

It's a keeper for me.
