Ingredients

  • 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
  • 3 cups frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup cubed fully cooked ham
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Directions

  • In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Transfer to a greased 1-1/2-qt. baking dish. Toss bread crumbs and butter; sprinkle over the top. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes or until heated through. Yield: 4 servings.
