Busy-Day Barbecued Ribs Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3-1/2 to 4 pounds bone-in country-style pork ribs
  • 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed tomato soup, undiluted
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

Directions

  • Place ribs in a 5-qt. slow cooker. Combine the remaining ingredients; pour over ribs.
  • Cover and cook on high for 1 hour. Reduce heat to low and cook 4-5 hours longer or until meat is tender. Thicken cooking liquid if desired. Yield: 6-8 servings.
