I made the bunny salad last night. They turned out so CUTE! I put a scoop of cottage cheese on top of the lettuce and under the pear. I think the whipped cream tail turned out cute, as did the eyes and ears! I also added a couple sliced of cucumber cut into quarters. Thanks!

Hiw about small stems of celery? or snipped marshmallows on toothpicks?

You could probably use a large marshmellow for the tail.

Any suggestions for ears, instead of nuts?

Why not try crasins instead of raisins and cotttage cheese in place of whipped cream?

What a cute recipe to prepare with my granddaughter! But I intend to substitute bits of maraschino cherry for the rainsins or currants: bunny noses & eyes are pinkish red, not black!
