Buffalo Turkey Burgers
There’s nothing bland about these juicy turkey burgers! Celery and blue cheese salad dressing help tame the hot sauce. For an even skinnier version, skip the bun and add sliced onion and chopped tomato. Mary Pax-Shipley - Bend, Oregon

Prep/Total Time: 25 min.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons Louisiana-style hot sauce,
divided
2 teaspoons ground cumin
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 garlic cloves, minced

1 cup shredded lettuce
2 celery ribs, chopped
2 tablespoons fat-free blue cheese salad dressing
Directions
In a large bowl, combine 1 tablespoon hot sauce, cumin, chili powder,
garlic, salt and pepper. Crumble turkey over mixture and mix well.
Shape into four patties.
