Buffalo Style Deviled Eggs Recipe

Ingredients

  • 12 large hard-boiled eggs, cooled and cut in half
  • 1/2 each blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon minced parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt, optional
  • 1/4 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoons celery salt
  • 2 medium celery stalks, finely diced

Directions

  • Remove yolks from halved eggs into medium bowl. mash up the yolks and mix with all other ingredients except diced celery.
  • Mash yolks, blue cheese, mayonnaise, parsley, tabasco sauce, salt, pepper, and celery salt.
  • Spoon yolk mixture back into egg halves. Garnish with diced celery.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate, covered.
