I love using convenience items, like the crescent rolls in this easy recipe. When I serve it to guests, they always ask me for the recipe. To hurry along the preparation of this dish, I frequently brown a few pounds of sausage ahead of time and keep it in the freezer.—LaChelle Olivet, Pace, Florida

awesome..also works good with chopped ham in place of the sausage. we also like to make it with green peppers ,onions and mushrooms as well

Absolutely Delicious! I prepared the sausage the night before and threw the recipe together in about 5 min on Christmas morning. It received rave reviews and I would definitely make it again. I did add 2 more eggs and cooked for a couple minutes more so it had more egg consistency, but it would be fine with the 4 eggs if you want more meat. If you add more eggs, it needs to cook a couple minutes longer.

Fixed this for dinner last night. So simple and delicious! I used the seamless crescent rolls instead of the regular crescent rolls. A keeper!

we LOVE this recipe. it's our go to casserole on the weekends because it's quick and easy and we usually always have the ingredients on hand. my daughter is a very picky eater and she loves it.

I also made this with Grands, Jr. biscuits when I was out of crescent rolls, and I couldn't tell a difference.

I've made this several times for a brunch, breakfast, or supper. Leftovers are great for breakfast. It's simple and tastes great.

This is one of my all-time favorites! I love how quickly it bakes. It's always a crowd pleaser!

We have made this for years and the whole family loves it. For a little different flavor, instead of using pepper, I use cajun seasoning. Gives it a little zip.

I made this last year for Xmas brunch (see other posting). When my only daughter got married this past July, I made 2 versions - 1 with sausage and the other I added 2 cups of chopped broccoli instead, for the wedding party breakfast. I like it even better! I made them before the bride, bridesmaids and myself headed off the beauty salon. Good thing I hid them in my fridge while we were there, or there wouldn't have been any left for us at all! Try either or both -- it's become a favorite here!

This is a favorite at our house. We serve it every Christmas morning for a quick and yummy breakfast. It's especially good served with the following fruit salad: 1 container frozen strawberries, thawed, 1 can fruit cocktail, 1 can pineapple tidbits (drained) and 2 sliced bananas. You can't go wrong with this combo.

My family loves this. It's great for brunch, but also for dinner. I serve it with hashbrowns and fresh fruit. It bakes quickly so you can get it on the table in no time.!

YUM! This has become a family favorite. I substitute bacon for the sausage since my guys aren't sausage eaters. I always hear "Is that all?" Some day I will have to make a double batch of this so they can actually get their fill.   Yes

This was the MOST awesome breakfast! I made it first using brown sugar maple sausage, and then again without the sausage (my son's girlfriend doesn't eat meat, but loves eggs and cheese) It was a huge hit, and will be served on Xmas morning from now on, not to mention Sunday brunch! Thanks!
