Brunch Pizza Squares Recipe

I love using convenience items, like the crescent rolls in this easy recipe. When I serve it to guests, they always ask me for the recipe. To hurry along the preparation of this dish, I frequently brown a few pounds of sausage ahead of time and keep it in the freezer.—LaChelle Olivet, Pace, Florida

we LOVE this recipe. it's our go to casserole on the weekends because it's quick and easy and we usually always have the ingredients on hand. my daughter is a very picky eater and she loves it.

I also made this with Grands, Jr. biscuits when I was out of crescent rolls, and I couldn't tell a difference.

I've made this several times for a brunch, breakfast, or supper. Leftovers are great for breakfast. It's simple and tastes great.

We have made this for years and the whole family loves it. For a little different flavor, instead of using pepper, I use cajun seasoning. Gives it a little zip.

I made this last year for Xmas brunch (see other posting). When my only daughter got married this past July, I made 2 versions - 1 with sausage and the other I added 2 cups of chopped broccoli instead, for the wedding party breakfast. I like it even better! I made them before the bride, bridesmaids and myself headed off the beauty salon. Good thing I hid them in my fridge while we were there, or there wouldn't have been any left for us at all! Try either or both -- it's become a favorite here!

This is a favorite at our house. We serve it every Christmas morning for a quick and yummy breakfast. It's especially good served with the following fruit salad: 1 container frozen strawberries, thawed, 1 can fruit cocktail, 1 can pineapple tidbits (drained) and 2 sliced bananas. You can't go wrong with this combo.

My family loves this. It's great for brunch, but also for dinner. I serve it with hashbrowns and fresh fruit. It bakes quickly so you can get it on the table in no time.!
