Brownie Snack Cake Recipe

Prep: 10 min. Bake: 25 min.

Yield: 9 Servings

Ingredients

2 cups Brownie Mix
3 eggs, separated
3 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, egg yolks, milk and vanilla. In a small bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form; fold into the batter.
Pour into a greased 8-in. square baking pan. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack. Yield: 9 servings.

I haven't made this recipe yet, but just trying to find the recipes is a real chore. I would think there would be a simpler way to put the recipes out there.

I am confused--I don't see a recipe for the mentioned 'brownie home-made mix'--so how can I make this recipe? I really would like to try this recipe. Thank you--Karen Jones
