Even picky families will change their minds about eating fish with this toasty, cheesy Parmesan-coated dish. I serve it with mashed cauliflower and a green salad for a low-carb meal everyone loves. —Trisha Kruse, Eagle, Idaho

OMG!! I loved this recipe I have made it a few times already. Really does not have that "healthy" taste to it but it is. I also used cajan seasoning in place of the seafood seasoning. Great both ways.

I love this recipe and I've tweeked it to be able to put the same topping on chicken, I just pound or butterfly the chicken to about 1/2-1/4 inch thick. Top with topping, bake for about 25-30 minutes at 350. Then place under broiler till golden brown. DELISH!!

I forgot the seafood seasoning but it was still excellent. The only thing I will do next time is make more.

I don't usually like any type of fish but decided to try this for my family and I really liked it! Added a side of Asparagus Risotto and a salad and I felt satisfied but not guilty!

I baked it instead of putting it in the broiler since I always burn stuff in the broiler and it turned out great!

By far the best tilapia! If u let it broil for an extra minute it gets a perfect crunch on the top.

My family's idea of seafood is fishsticks or chicken at Long John Silvers but we loved this dish! Even my very picky daughter only ate the fish on her plate.
