Broiled Crab Cakes Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 lb blue crab, cartilage and shells removed
  • Cooking spray
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1-1/2 ounces yellow onion, minced
  • 1 egg
  • Pinch Tabasco sauce

Directions

  • Preheat broiler.
  • Lightly coat broiler pan with cooking spray.
  • Combing all ingredients in bowl, mix well.
  • Form crab mixture into 6 equal round cakes, transfer to broiler pan.
  • Place under broiler, at least 6 inches from heat.
  • Cook for 3 minutes on each side, until lightly browned.
