This is what I make when I crave a delectable dessert. Dressed in a sweet apricot sauce with a sprinkling of toasted coconut, the warm bananas are extra yummy when you serve them with a scoop of ice cream on the side.Charles Williams, Cincinatti, Ohio

The bananas have a nice combination of flavors. Next time I will leave out the extract, since the apricot and orange flavor is wonderful on its own. Don't serve this with peach sherbet if you can't find peach ice cream---just awful! Vanilla ice cream would work really well.
