Broccoli and Cauliflower Salad Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoons salt, optional
  • 2 cups fresh chopped cauliflower
  • 2 cup broccoli florets, chopped
  • 1/3 cup sliced white onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup fresh mushroom slices
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon whole milk

Directions

  • Clean and chop the cauliflower, broccoli, and slice onion.
  • Sprinkle garlic and optionial salt over vegetables and toss lightly.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Drain broccoli mixture and mix in sliced mushrooms.
  • In small bowl, whisk mayonnaise and milk.
  • Drizzle dressing over vegetables. Toss. Serve.
