Broccoli Shrimp Alfredo Recipe

Broccoli Shrimp Alfredo Recipe Broccoli Shrimp Alfredo Recipe photo by Taste of Home Rating 5

After tasting fettuccine Alfredo at a restaurant, I tried to duplicate the recipe at home. You can't imagine how pleased I was when I came up with this delicious version. Not only does my family love the creamy dish, but my husband prefers it to the one at the restaurant.

This was delicious! The best Alfredo sauce I've ever had! I did use cheese tortellini instead of fettuccine but it was still fantastic. I will definitely make again!

This is a wonderful recipe. Best of all, it's quick and easy but has the taste of quality restaurant style. I have cut the butter in half and omitted the salt and it's still delicious. My husband asks for it often.

This was very good. I took the broccoli out and cooked it as a side instead. I sautèed sliced mushrooms in the butter and garlic and had to use precooked shrimp as it was all my store had. The only change I would make would be to add a little white wine into the sauce at some point in the cooking process. Otherwise, very good. Could probably cut the butter at least in half. I also used freshly grated Parmesan and omitted the salt, relying instead on the salt in the cheese.

I have made this same recipe using chicken. I cut the boneless chicken breast into strips and browned it in the butter and garlic. Delicious!!
