"All ages really seem to go for this comforting, scrumptious meal-in-one," notes Jenn Schlachter in Big Rock, Illinois. "It takes just a handful of ingredients and minutes to put together. I’ve found that adding dried cranberries to the stuffing mix also adds flavor and color!"

Very tasty, even though I realized at the last minute that I did not have a 7" x 10" pan. It DID matter, unfortunately, but the casserole still tasted good.

To make this more flavorful, my family loves it when I add a tablespoon of curry powder. Spicy but not hot.

This is very simple to make & very tasty. I added the 4 tablespoons of butter to the stuffing mix like it says on the box. I also added an extra cup of montery jack cheese. Next time i might make this with corn because my kids like that better than broccoli.
