"All ages really seem to go for this comforting, scrumptious meal-in-one," notes Jenn Schlachter in Big Rock, Illinois. "It takes just a handful of ingredients and minutes to put together. I’ve found that adding dried cranberries to the stuffing mix also adds flavor and color!"

I forgot to defrost my chicken, so I used an already baked chicken that you can purchase at most markets. Since I doubled the recipe, I used one can of cream of broccoli soup and one can of cheddar cheese soup since I couldn't find a broccoli cheese stand-alone soup. I would definitely make this one again, although I had my sister and her daughter stop by to eat. My niece doesn't like broccoli or cheddar cheese.. she's VERY picky.

This was so easy and delicious. I used pre-packaged southwestern chicken because we like spice, and used cream of chicken soup. Will definitely make this again.

Yummy! My husband, who does not care much for chicken, and I both really liked this casserole. It was easy, simple and delish.

Made this recently and even my husband said he liked it. I doubled everything except for the stuffing for added moisture and since we usually aren't that big on stuffing. Turned out really well, I will definitely be making this dish again.

This is such a deliciously simple recipe. I use the low-sodium Stove Top Stuffing mix.

I actually baked this in an 8 x 8 dish. It seemed to turn out much better when baked this way.

My family enjoyed this recipe very much. I doubled it and baked in a 9 X 13...I would, however, add 3 cans of soup for added moisture. Good Recipe!

My daughter is a real "casserole" kind of girl, and when she saw this on the web site, she wanted me to make it, and I'm glad I did! I only had a large can of chicken on hand, so that's what I used. I also used the 98% fat free soup, and low fat cheese. I probably won't use the low fat cheese again, but I would do everything the same. My husband has already asked when I'll be making it again! Thank you so much!!
