This was a big hit at my house. Half of my broccoli was fresh and I cut the FF onions by half. It went very well with the Easy Baked Haddock recipe here on TOH.

I wanted to try it on my family before I served it for visitors - they loved it! I made it with fresh broccoli and lots more french fried onions. Great!

I have been looking for a basic broccoli casserole that my mom used to make and this may be even better! Super easy to make. I used 3 oz of onions in the mix, but topped it with buttered cracker crumbs instead, to mellow out the onion flavor some. It IS best served immediately, hot out of the oven so the cheese is still gooey and bubbly.

I picked this recipe out of your magazine and suggested my son's girlfriend serve it for Thanksgiving dinner. It was very good!

Whole family loves this dish. We add chopped water chestnuts for a little more crunch. Delicious.

This would make a great Thanksgiving casserole if you ever get tired of the green bean casserole (LOL). I lightened it up some and it was still wonderful!

This rating should have been 5 stars! Don't know why it showed up with only 3.
This recipe is fabulous. I had a very similar recipe, but this one is so much better! I was wondering if it can be made ahead of time and popped in the oven at the last minute.

This was a huge hit at my Easter dinner! The taste is fantastic and everyone wanted the recipe. It was very easy to make and so much better than the standard green bean casserole. There wasn't a morsel left in the casserole dish (6 people).

Left off the french fried onions, because we don't care for them, and it was still terrific!
