Broccoli Bacon Salad Recipe

Broccoli Bacon Salad RecipePhoto by: Taste of Home Broccoli Bacon Salad Recipe Rating 5

Try this salad with baked ham or pork roast. I like serving it at Sunday dinners. My family just loves it—especially our 6-year-old grandson!—and our friends rave about its taste, too. I learned to cook from my grandmother (she was an expert!). New recipes are still fun to me 40 years later. My husband and I have four grown children...he's looking to retire soon.

This is just like the recipe I learned from Mom. Sometimes I double the dressing and add cauliflower and shredded cheddar. Adding a little dill weed to the dressing also changes it up a bit. If the red onion is too strong, just dice it more finely or leave it out.
