I made this recently for a Bridal shower. Wonderfully cool dessert on a hot summer day. I could not find lady fingers in my area so I substituted angel food cake slices. I also used s/f pudding. Everyone loved it, I will be adding this to my recipe box for when I'm looking for a quick dessert that's refreshing.

I will make this dessert. The only thing I would do differently is use cooked pudding. I don't like the lack of smoothness derived by using instant puddings. I recognize the ease of them it's just a personal preference.

I, too, made homemade ladyfingers. They're impossible to find around here! The dessert was very good, even with the substitutions I had to make (s/f lemon pudding and regular creamer). Makes a lovely presentation, also!

Light, lemony, absolutely delicious. My friends and family raved. Make Again!

Oh so good. I make my own lady fingers, they are very hard to find here, better home made anyway.

I made this for a birthday party and it was a success. It is light and sweet. I used Pepperidge Farms Milano style cookies with raspberry filling instead of lady fingers.

When I saw this recipe I thought I just have to try this and boy was I glad, and everyone at my BBQ was glad, I did. The only "issue" I had was that I used an entire 7 oz. package of ladyfingers. Also be sure to note the 12 ounce container of whipped topping. I had luckily bought 2 8 oz. sizes or I would've been out of luck. This dessert offers an amazingly eye-catching dessert as well as being tasty. Anna stated her dessert is "refreshing" and that is exactly how my guests described it. My husband, who hates when I try new recipes, absolutely loved it. My normally negative spouse gave it the thumbs up and finished it off! Thanks for a party pleasing dessert!
