A coating containing cornflakes, Parmesan cheese and ranch dressing mix adds delectable flavor to the chicken pieces in this recipe and bakes to a pretty golden color. It's a mainstay main dish I can always count on. -Launa Shoemaker, Landrum, South Carolina

This was simple to make, but not my favorite chicken recipe. Good flavor though.

This was a good recipe. It just lacked flavor for my family's taste.

Good recipe that the whole family enjoyed - my husband said the recipe was a keeper and my 2-year old said it was yummy and I was a good cook!

Juicy, delicious and so easy to prepare. I used chicken tenderloin so it cooked in about 15-20 minutes.

This has become one of my signature dishes. So delicious and so easy to make. Don't forget to scrape up the pan drippings and sprinkle it over the chicken.

This had lots of flavor. My kids (11,8 & 3) LOVED it. Usually when I try a new recipe they are skeptical, but they all voted for "its a keeper". We will have this again regularly.

This has been a family favorite for a long time. My son & his wife tried it recently using spicy ranch dressing mix and said it was great too.

Haven't made this in a few years, but it was always absolutely delicious! Probably my favorite way to make chicken breasts. Just came in to get the recipe for dinner tonight.

This has been in our family's standard menu rotation for years now! Served with a salad and mashed potatoes, it's not only quick and easy; it's delicious! Every time I've served it to guests, I'm asked for the recipe.

Absolutely delicious!! Used Italian style Panko breadcrumbs instead of cornflakes. So unbelievably good!

Our family has enjoyed this chicken recipe since the issue of Taste of Home in which it first appeared arrived at our home! I have also served it many times to guests, & everyone who has tried it has raved over it. Easy & relatively quick to prepare!

I have been making this receipe for years. Its like a gourmet meal. People think you have been slaving away and its so simple. The crumbs are also great for Pork Chops . I double this crumb receipe and place in a jar in the freezer so I always have it ready on hand. I only use the amount I need when making the receipe. The best receipe I have ever had.

Wonderful chicken! I didn't have corn flakes so I substituted bread crumbs and - for some extra nutritional value - ground flax meal. It was great!

Fantastic taste and very easy. The drippings are so yummy I like to put thinly sliced potatoes in the bottom of my baking dish. And place the chicken on top of the potatoes.

This recipie was fantastic! I would definately make it again. I used fresh grated parmesan cheese instead of the stuff in the can, so it was a little salty but way more delicious than making it with plain old Kraft Parmesan Cheese

One of my "go - to" recipes when I need something quick and easy that is also delicious! We like to do chicken tenders pcs in this coating and then put it atop a green salad for a nice summertime meal!

So easy and moist! Didn't have cornflakes, so I used a mixture of breadcrums and panko - still came out delicious! Will definitely make again and the family loved it!

This is easily the most delicious breaded chicken recipe I have ever tried! It is not only very tasty, but the chicken comes out very moist. People always rave when I make this and it quickly became a family favorite. I always double the breading so I don't have to skimp, depending on the size of the chicken breasts......then I just freeze what I don't use for the next time. You will love this recipe!
