Very tasty pie. The only thing I did different was make a brown sugar crumb topping and because I didn't have a pie plate cooked it in a 8 x 8 pyrex dish. One good thing is, it didn't bubble over!

This is the best peach pie ever! We love the hint of cinnamon and the pink color from the red hots. It's a family favorite and I make it often in the summer.
