Blueberry Cheese "Danish" Recipe
  • Prep: 10 min. Cook: 5 min.
  • Yield: 2 Servings

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries, mashed, can use frozen berries
  • 1 piece lavash (flax, oat bran, whole wheat)

Directions

  • Preheat oven or toaster oven to 325°F. Wrap lavash in foil. Place on center oven rack for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from foil.
  • On warmed lavash, spread, butter, cream cheese, and top with mashed blueberries.
  • Slice in half, and roll into two portions. Secure with toothpicks.
  • Replace on foil, heat 5 minutes in oven.
