Blue Cheese Garlic Dip Recipe
  • Prep: 10 min. + chilling
  • Yield: 16 Servings

Ingredients

  • 1 jar (12 ounces) refrigerated blue cheese dressing
  • 1 can (4 ounces) tiny shrimp, rinsed and chopped
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 to 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Directions

  • In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients; mix well. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours. Serve with vegetables, crackers or Creole-Cajun Wings (recipe above). Yield: about 2 cups.

Nutritional Facts 1 serving (2 tablespoons) equals 116 calories, 11 g fat (2 g saturated fat), 20 mg cholesterol, 328 mg sodium, 2 g carbohydrate, trace fiber, 3 g protein.
