Big Batch Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 pound ( 2 cups) butter, melted
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 1-1/2 cups packed brown sugar
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pound (3-3/4 cups) chopped walnuts
- 2 packages (10 ounces each) peanut butter chips
Directions
- In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla; mix
- well. Combine flour, baking soda and salt; add to creamed mixture
- and mix well. Fold in the nuts and chips.
- Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at
- 350° for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Yield: 12
- dozen.
