This was a good, hearty soup.

This was a really hearty soup! I made it for lunch with a slice of double fiber wheat bread on the side, but it is definitely dinner-worthy! I put a tiny bit of freshly ground sea salt, parmesan, and mozzarella on top of each person's portion. It was delicious! My husband really loved it. For the pasta, I used the 3-color veggie Wacky Mac pasta. Very good!

I tried this out on my family before deciding whether or not to take to a potluck at work. My family thought this soup was delicious. I had all the ingredients on hand, which is always a plus, and it was very quick to throw together. I cooked the noodles a little too long and, as another reviewer stated, they absorbed more of the liquid than I expected. Next time, I think I'll use Italian-style diced tomatoes just to add a little more zip to the broth. I've always thought that soup tastes better the next day but I don't know that this particular recipe fits that adage.

I accidentally ended up using diced tomatoes with chiles and it turned out great; not bland at all and not too spicey, even my 3-year old and 1-year old loved it!

I don't like soup. But. I loved this. Use ground Italian sausage instead of ground beef. It adds more flavor

This made enough for a two days of meals and still a few servings in the freezer for later:)

We liked this. I used 3 cans of beef broth, omitted the tomato sauce and paste and put one can of the tomatoes in the blender to puree. Will make this again!

Soup is a bit too 'tomato-ey' for my taste. It didn't need the tomato sauce. So, I didn't use it the second time I made it. Otherwise, this is a very good soup. I will definitely make it again!

I make this recipe but I use a Hamburger Helper Lasanga mix instead of the broth and tomato sauce/paste and seasoning. It is so quick to make, and it's perfect for a light supper in the summer or served with sandwiches or grilled cheese in the winter.

Interesting looking at the reviews - If you alter it then you really did not make the recipe. Interesting alterations, this is a lasagne soup so why add black beans etc... I also dont get the corn. I too altered it, so I really did not make the recipe. I used broken up lasagne noodles and left out the corn.

Excellent! Next time I will add fresh mushrooms!

Both my husband and I were really surprised at the wonderful flavor of this soup, especially with such a quick simmer time - there was nothing lacking! I LOVED how it was made all in 1 dish - super easy clean-up :)

I love this recipe, I added a can of drained black beans. I think it's best eaten the day you make it otherwise the noodles suck up all the broth. If you want to make it early wait on the noodles.

I've made this a couple times now. Goes a long way and even better re-heated.

This was really good, but the first day it was a bit too runny. After sitting for just one day the broth was a bit thicker and the flavor was much, much better. Next time I make it, I'll make it a day ahead of time!

I was very excited about this recipe but ultimately found it to be quite bland. I even subbed sweet Italian turkey sausage for the ground beef, but still it was not flavorful enough for us to bother making again.

Excellent soup. Very rarely do I make a recipe without altering it. The only change I made was to toss in some marinated garlic mushrooms. And I had a 32 oz box of beef stock so I used the extra 3 oz. Used a multigrain rotini. Very yummy and filling. Will def make again.

The soup turned out great. Even my picky preschooler liked it. I added some baby spinach at the end.

Easy and fast to make on a busy night. I added extra water to the recipe as it was cooking as it seemed really thick and started to stick a bit to the bottom. A lovely soup. Would probably be great with grated mozzarella cheese on top.

The soup was good but I added more Italian seasoning. Next time I'll use less tomato paste.

This was a great hearty soup! Very easy to make. I omitted the corn and added mushroom and zuchini. I also added an extra can of broth (I used chicken broth instead)

Really quick and easy! I added a little sugar to get rid of that canned tomato taste, but other than that it was really good! I've never heard of corn in lasanga though, but I went along with it!

THIS SOUP IS A HIT!! A LITTLE TOO MUCH TOMATOE TASTE. NEXT TIME I WILL ADD 1/2 THE AMOUNT OF TOMATOE PASTE. I USED 3 CANS OF BROTH AND ADDED 1 CUP FROZEN SOUP VEGETABLES COOKED THE SOUP FOR 1 HOUR AND ADDED 1 CUP OF PASTA AT 45 MIINUTES. COOKED THE REMAINDER SEPARATELY AND SERVED IT WITH THE SOUP. IT MADE A LOT, AND WAS BETTER THE NEXT DAY.
I MADE THIS SOUP AND MY WHOLE FAMILY LIKED IT. I ADDED 1 CUP FROZEN VEGETABLES AND COOKED IT FOR AN HOUR.
