Best-Ever Lamb Chops

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon each dried basil, marjoram and thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 8 lamb loin chops (3 ounces each)
- Mint jelly, optional
Directions
- Combine herbs and salt; rub over lamb chops. Cover and refrigerate
- for 1 hour.
- Broil 4-6 in. from the heat for 5-8 minutes on each side or until
- meat reaches desired doneness (for medium-rare, a meat thermometer
- should read 145°; medium, 160°; well-done, 170°). Serve
- with mint jelly if desired. Yield: 4 servings.
