On my second batch, I substituted the dill weed for pickle relish, got rid of the milk and ground mustard, and put some bottled mustard. Came out much better.

This is by far my family's favorite deviled egg recipe! The blend of spices is always a hit at potlucks and the flavor is a nice change from an ordinary relish-based filling.

These deviled eggs are excellent! The combination of herbs give it a delicate earthy taste. Both the adults and children loved them. Great for special occasions!

My husband doesn't handle garlic powder very well so I add some horseradish instead. It really gives the eggs a nice bite to them.

A tip I read recently - put your yokes in a zip-lock bag and then add all your ingredients. Cut a hole in one corner of the bag and squeeze the filling into the eggs - much less mess.

I love to serve bubbly drinks with Apps during all my holidays, especially Easter. Champagne and Prosecco goes great with Easter Apps and Dinner. I recommend a sparkling juice such as Kristian Regale. They can be found at IKEA and come in a variety of flavors that are all delicious and healthy! Enjoy!
