Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1-1/2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 3/4 cup (6 ounces) vanilla yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Directions

  • Divide strawberries and blueberries among four individual serving dishes. In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, sugar and cinnamon; spoon over fruit. Yield: 4 servings.

Nutritional Facts 3/4 cup fruit with 3 tablespoons yogurt equals 98 calories, 2 g fat (1 g saturated fat), 4 mg cholesterol, 29 mg sodium, 20 g carbohydrate, 3 g fiber, 3 g protein. Diabetic Exchanges: 1 fruit, 1/2 milk.
